**Pending contract award**Under direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Property Clerk coordinates, tracks, records, tags, receives, distributes, replaces, disposes and coordinates repair of assets to ensure proper accountability and recordkeeping. The Property Clerk maintains and updates database and software to ensure asset control and to generate and compile reports related to fleet vehicles, tractors, property, infrastructure and leased/rented equipment, tractor hour usage and actuary data related to insurance claims submitted to the online database system.
