Position Overview
Job requirement - Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Building & Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in property management, with at least 2years in a supervisory capacity

- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle including marketing, lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and handovers
