Responsibilities

+ Prepare monthly financial statements for residential properties

+ Maintain general ledger activity, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

+ Record rent, CAM, and operating expenses; review variance explanations

+ Support month‑end close and year‑end audit requests

+ Work closely with property management to resolve discrepancies

+ Prior property accounting experience within residential real estate
