Compensation: $68,000–$75,000 full-time equivalent depending on experience. On site 3–4 days per week initially

Our privately owned real estate and hospitality company with a growing portfolio that includes a hotel, apartments, and several smaller rental properties.

We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented Property Accountant to support the owners with accounting, property administration, and office operations. This is a newly created role with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity as more functions are brought in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Accounts payable, bank reconciliations, GST filings & deposits
✔ Maintain rent rolls and tenant-related records
✔ Assist with tenancy agreements, rent increases & tenant move-ins/outs
