Description
We are looking for a Property Accountant in Greenville, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting specialist who can manage core property accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and work closely with property management teams in an onsite environment. The role will focus on month-end activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and day-to-day accounting support using Yardi software.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with approximately 12 to 15 property managers to provide accounting support and resolve system-related issues affecting daily operations.

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial activity is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

• Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain reliable financial reporting.
