Typical Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned property portfolio(s)

+ Prepare and review monthly financial statements for properties

+ Handle month-end close, including journal entries and accrals

+ Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

+ Track and analyze operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, and tenant activity

+ Work closely with property managers on budgeting and variance analysis
