Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring a Propane Distribution Supervisor on a permanent basis at our branch in Melfort, SK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & track each driver's delivery route daily.
• Focus on load optimization by carefully monitoring delivery statistics per truck and making adjustments to increase efficiency.
• Ensure preventive maintenance program is performed on each delivery unit and all required inspections are completed and documented.
• Daily collaboration with CRC Supply and 3rd party Transporters to ensure sufficient product is allocated and delivered in a timely manner.
• Keep back‑office computer system up to date to maximize accuracy of forecasting tool when preparing daily delivery schedule needed to maintain an adequate supply of bulk propane in each customer tank and reduce run outs.
