Salary Range: £33,000 - £39,500

This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our London location (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position



About the Role

The EU Promotions team is the engine room of Wayfair’s growth in Europe. We don’t just run sales; we own the commercial strategy and operational execution for every campaign and offer on the UK and Ireland sites, driving the vast majority of revenue for both Stores.


As the Special Offers Associate, you own some of the most agile levers in our toolkit. You will own the lifecycle of high-velocity promotions like Flash Deals, Promo Codes, and Deal of the Day. You will also have the leeway to innovate new types of offers that help drive customer engagement, build lifetime value, and increase sales volume for both Wayfair and our suppliers.
