Promotions Ambassador

As a key public‑facing representative of the Royal Ontario Museum, you will play a vital role in building awareness and driving attendance by sharing the museum’s stories and experiences with diverse audiences across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dynamic and engaging representative of ROM, sparking curiosity and conversation about our exhibitions, programs, and collections.
• Use storytelling skills to deliver memorable, high‑impact experiences both onsite and offsite at festivals, community events, and activations.
• Lead guided experiences such as 1‑hour scripted private tours and scavenger hunts.
• Bring a creative, expressive approach to audience engagement, including introducing visitors to rare objects or animating pop‑up booths.
• Set up and take down promotional displays and activity stations, ensuring high standards of presentation and visitor experience.
