Position Overview
- Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be).
- Document workflows using tools such as BPMN, process maps, and flowcharts.

- Develop and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPs across departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.
