Collaborate with Operations users to develop operations functional test cases, executing test cases against the requirements related to operations processes, examining the results, and reporting the results of the tests to the supporting Operations leads/UPM.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes does not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality.
Prepare and maintain test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test scripts and test results.
