Project Manager (PM)(PTL)
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project, and leading the project team from FEL-2 through Mechanical Completion. Large projects may have both a PM and Project Engineers (PEs), where the PM has overall project engineering responsibility and the PEs each only have a portion of the overall project scope.
