Position Overview
Desired Skills - Ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential commercial hospitality projects.
- Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering pre or post-contract cost management and consultancy.
- Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement assessment and agreement of variations payment certificates final account cost reporting.
- Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
- Assist in benchmarking data collection internal reporting.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or other Construction related field.
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC.
- 2-5 years post graduate experience.
- 1-2 years in the Middle East.
