Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage projects with respect to engineering, scope of work, budget, schedule, quality, safety, contract administration and personnel issues through all project phases in accordance with the Stage Gate Process Handbook, URP Procedures manual, Company policies, standards and project objectives.Be the project focal point for all internal and external stake holders.Manage schedule and cost optimization in preparation for, and during, project execution.Prepare and submit project plans for senior management approval during the execution process.Manage and coordinate commissioning and rig acceptance with rig teams & customers.Conduct vendor contract negotiations in line with company strategy and objectives.Monitor and report project deliverables vs budget, target milestones and critical path.Establish project team organization and required personnel.
