Responsibilities - Supervise that warehouses comply with safety and operational standards for the correct handling of cargo.
- Implement processes.
- Escalate problems and relevant issues to the area manager.
- Escalate with suppliers when there are service/delay issues.
- Identify and solve obstacles in daily work.
- Maintain internal and external (customers) KPIs according to goals instructed by both Management or Customers.
- Identify and communicate to the Airline Manager if any team is not following the guidelines.
- Travel to the different branches for implementations.
