Job Description

As a Project Specialist you will support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) operations and materials management initiatives. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across assigned projects. Working closely with production, engineering, planning, procurement, logistics, and external partners, you'll help align material management practices with production schedules and business priorities - directly supporting operational efficiency and program success.

Responsibilities

Operational Support & Issue Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational inquiries related to assigned projects
• Support the implementation of new VMI locations, including part suitability, shelving/bin selection, and planogram development
• Manage VMI part addition and removal requests
