Project secretary provides secretarial and administrative support to the project team. Responsibilities of the Project Secretary include : . Handle pre-qualification/tender documents, confidential letters and contract administration for projects. . Prepare letters and forms to clients, authorities, consultants and contractors according to prescribed standards. . Documentation control for projects. . Secretarial assistance for all directors and assist with reception duties. Job Requirements : . GCE 'A' Level / Diploma . Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy firms architectural office experience an advantage.
