Responsibilities
The Project Secretary is part of the project team and is responsible for supporting all areas of project documentation and admin tasks.Ensuring all technical documentation is processed in good quality output with target date requirement.Coordinating the setting up and maintaining all related consumables ordering for storage to service all office equipment. Being proactive and acting as a coordinator of printing /copying /scanning issues to service project requirements with good quality output on a timely basis.Ensuring all project archive boxes move around to service project requirements including storage after completion.
