Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft ProjectBuild and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in accordance with statement of workMap schedule activities to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) events, accomplishments, and criteriaDefine and validate task dependencies, constraints, milestones, and critical/driving pathsIntegrate subcontractor, vendor, and Government Furnished Equipment/Information (GFE/GFI) delivery schedules into the master schedulePerform Critical Path Analysis (CPA), near-critical path analysis, and schedule margin assessmentsConduct schedule health assessments using industry-standard metricsIdentify and report schedule risks, float erosion, and logic issuesGenerate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) schedule deliverables on time and in compliance with contract requirementsPrepare schedu...
