Summary About the Position: Supports effective and efficient project development, execution and control in accordance with the Project Management Business Process (PMBP). Provides technical assistance to Project Managers, Program Analysts, Project Schedulers, Resource Providers, Project Delivery Team members and District Managers and Executives. Responsibilities Ensures all projects are identified and correctly entered into the Program Delivery Management (PDM) and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). Ensures all Project Managers use the correct P2 Project architecture/Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) templates to define projects, subproducts, activities, or tasks for their projects. Assists in application of resource leveling techniques to align District resources at the appropriate level of detail with P2 tasks to track scheduled and actual costs and to identify time periods of over-utilization of resources.
