Responsibilities:

-understand requirement of customers and also understand application of Modular Method

-To communicate with customers and propose solutions to the problem

-Work with Business Partner team for problem solving

-To create sales opportunity and achieve sales result

Qualification:

-Age 38-45 years olds

-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any related field.

-At least 7 years experience in Supervisory levels of Project Sales in Housing Business

-Direct Experience in Residential Project Construction

-Knowledge of house structure, architecture, interior especially in Modular method

-Knowledge of house price structure (foundation cost, construction cost, developer GP)

-Good command of English.

-Computer literacy (MS Office)
