Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–5 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in quantity takeoff. The role involves accurately measuring and quantifying materials from drawings and specifications to support cost estimation, tendering, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements
- Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices
- Maintain organized records of measurements and supporting documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
