Represent the company on all quality-related matters and liaise closely with BCA on quality initiatives and assessments. Guide project teams in establishing and achieving project-specific quality objectives. Conduct regular meetings with staff and subcontractors to reinforce quality standards and objectives. Lead the preparation of CONQUAS/QM documentation and coordinate with BCA on pre-assessment quality meetings. Establish and manage CONQUAS incentive schemes for management approval. Organize and deploy in-house inspectors to carry out progressive inspections and establish quality benchmarks.
