You will provide critical guidance to project managers, ensuring alignment with Government of Alberta standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining procurement templates, evaluating bids, and coordinating bid document distribution. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise project managers on procurement specifications and guidelines
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents for projects
• Lead evaluations of proposals, ensuring fairness and compliance
• Update master specifications for contract alignment
• Manage advertising and distribution of solicitation documents
Requirements:
