ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Inspection, commissioning, and safe operation of Marine equipment , Diaphargm wall, lifting, Piling , concreting, weighing, and allied equipment as per OEM manuals.Coordination with OEM engineers and third-party inspection agencies in consultation with Safety department.Planning, execution, and documentation of periodic maintenance as per OEM schedules and updates in Asset management Digital applications.Breakdown maintenance and restoration of equipment with minimum downtime to ensure availability >95%.Establishment and monitoring of HSD benchmarks for internal and hired equipment.Equipment performance analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Preparation of critical spares list and ensuring minimum 2-month stock availability.Recommendation and processing of spares, repairs, and modifications through PR/PO process.Maintenance of complete equipment histor...
