Performance & Reporting Lead

We’re looking for a highly capable Performance & Reporting professional to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of complex programmes and projects.

You'll work either as part of our wider Performance & Reporting team or independently, with access to experienced specialists for support. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring robust reporting, driving insight, and enabling better decision-making for our clients.

• Lead the development and delivery of performance and reporting frameworks, tailored to client maturity and programme needs
• Define and implement KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting hierarchies
