What we need:
A project management and project accounting process expert.Someone who can assess how project delivery and project finance operate today.Facilitate stakeholder discussions across PMs and finance.Document current-state workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and design a scalable future-state operating model to ready us for a future systems transformation.Core skills:
