Committee Coordination and Activities (Quality & Sustainability Committee)
Coordinate Committees' activities on efficient and effective implementation of assigned projects as per workplans, budgets, timeline and contractual obligations;
Prepare meetings, budgets, agendas, minutes, reports, follow‑up actions, and documentation.
Track committee‑related projects, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables, and measure results.
Facilitate communication between committee chairs, the CEO, and relevant departments.
Organise, implement, and support key projects and the dissemination of committee outputs.
Dealing with vacancies, membership updates and Conflicts of Interests declarations within the committees listed above
