Job Description :

Summary
• Set up business plan and manage projects, ensure project progress and use investment budget efficiently to achieve the best productivity. Take responsibilities for all activities related to project development, coordinate with sub-contractors/partners (if any) and ensure win-win principle.

Main tasks:
• Set up project plan and supervise project execution at all stages: research, construction, trading and delivery.

- Trading and marketing
- Construction, ensure project management and problem-solving on site.
• Plan/allocate budget of each project
• Establish and maintain the relationship with partners & local government offices.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

• University degree in business administration or project management
