A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, procurement, and risk management. You’ll liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to streamline project delivery and provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management. You’ll also advise leadership on procurement strategy, contractual risks, and commercial implications, ensuring financial transparency and optimal contractor performance.
