The **Project Manager/Procurement lead** is responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout while overseeing procurement strategy, documentation, contract development, and commercial negotiations. This role blends advanced project management leadership with deep expertise in procurement models—including Professional Services, Design-Build (DB), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), and GC/CM delivery. The position supports clients in developing procurement options, preparing contract packages, ensuring governance and probity, and delivering projects in alignment with corporate excellence standards.
