Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead small capital renovation projects within an institutional environment. This role requires a highly motivated, self-directed professional who can independently manage multiple projects from early planning through closeout with minimal oversight. The projects are primarily interior renovations, light on major infrastructure upgrades, and require hands-on leadership, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for defining project goals, developing realistic budgets and schedules, and driving execution while maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact, this individual will build trust with stakeholders, clearly communicate scopes and deliverables, and manage external influences that may impact project outcomes.
