The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing Cultural Resource Management (CRM) projects from planning through completion. This role ensures project scopes, schedules, and resources are aligned with client expectations and organizational standards. This position is responsible for reviewing scopes of work, developing staffing plans, coordinating field and administrative teams, and monitoring deliverables. They act as a central communication link between GeoVisions leadership, Principal Investigators, Field Directors, Crew Leaders, and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple projects, especially during heavy field seasons.
