Project Manager

Our client is a well established food manufacturing company and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy team on the innovation and commercialization area of the business.

Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, milestones, and follow-ups

Track progress, report risks, and lead weekly cross-functional meetings

Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned across teams

Research consumer trends and ingredient innovations

Develop innovation pipelines, business cases, and launch plans

Support product launches and customer presentations

Coordinate product development, trials, and tasting reviews

Lead cross-functional planning for costing, testing, and priorities

Maintain technical and regulatory documentation

Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners

Oversee scale-up, commercialization, and production trials
