• Establishes, manages, and directs resources to ensure the necessary level and capabilities are represented on the enhancements to ensure successful delivery of the initiative
• Ensures that I&IT projects and programs for new, replacement or enhanced infrastructure, maximize customer service, satisfy internal stakeholder requirements, incorporate external agency requirements, and serve public interests
