Job Description
Lead the Industrial Lubricants business (MWF, RP, GIL, IGO) with complete P&L ownership. Manage a diverse team of 100-200 direct and indirect reportees across India. Drive technical sales strategy, customer acquisition, and key account expansion. Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and industrial partners to accelerate growth.
