**Job Summary**

The Project Manager – Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for leading multiple, concurrent sourcing and procurement initiatives across (e.g., fuel, MRO, safety/PPE, and contracted services), with full responsibility for project scope, schedule, savings, and stakeholder outcomes.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**

+ Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories, managing scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations from initiation through closure.
+ Develop and execute category sourcing strategies; conduct spend analysis, market research, and total-cost-of-ownership evaluations to identify savings and value-creation opportunities.
+ Manage the competitive bid process (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including drafting requirements, evaluating supplier proposals, leading negotiations, and recommending awards.
