At Roche Diagnostics the Global Project Manager (GPM) is the operational backbone of innovation, responsible for orchestrating the delivery of diagnostic solutions at a systemic level. The GPM transforms traditional project management into an operational intelligence function, enabling value, ensuring end‑to‑end traceability, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner, ensuring vertical traceability between high‑level goals and execution units to enable autonomous, high‑quality decisions.
