**Sr. Project Manager**

As a Sr. Project Manager at CW-ESCO, you will organize and execute project management activities to meet company and division business objectives. Program Managers (PMs) are recognized as influential and vital business leaders within our organization.

The PM serves as the “CEO of the Program” and are the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. PMs drive the business from proposal development and capture through program startup, project execution, and ultimately, through contract closeout.

Project Managers are accountable for meeting contract requirements related to technical specifications, schedules, quality, and financial performance including orders, sales, operating income, and cash flow commitments made by the Business Units.
