Project Manager – Special Packages

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the coordination, delivery, and integration of specialist systems and vendor‑led packages on construction projects. You will ensure packages are installed safely, on schedule, and fully integrated with other disciplines to support commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Do

You will manage vendor‑led and specialist package delivery, coordinate interfaces, track progress, ensure quality and compliance, and support commissioning activities. You will act as the main point of contact for special packages and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage and coordinate all special packages on site, including security, BMS, fire systems, ICT/fiber, AV, and vendor‑installed white space systems
