Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Solar PV, EV Charging Infrastructure, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from development through commissioning and handover.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, EPC contractors, suppliers, utility authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Review technical proposals, engineering designs, and project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and statutory requirements.
Manage procurement activities, contractor performance, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
