Position Overview
Responsibilities - To be a team leader and lead the planning and implementation of project, coordinating project staff and providing direction to the project team.
- Ability to liaise with parties involved in the project (including clients, consultants, main contractor or subcontractor).
- Advise project foreman on construction methods and to solve technical problems, have knowledge about the civil engineering works.
- Cost evaluation and budget assessment, make cost report to company.
- Oversee projects are being carried out to ensure that the work is done according to outline specification and that is conform with project timetable.
- Can work hard and over time when site required.
