Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety
Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specifications
Coordination and monitoring of progress on sites
Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design, and contractual issues and updating of project progress reports
Requirements
Project management experiences in A&A Works preferred
MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and AutoCAD knowledge and user experience
Possess good leadership and organizing abilities
