Establishes the overall project execution policies and procedures in line with Contractor’s management policies.
Represents Contractor in the execution of the work and maintains official contact with Employer.
Manages the work so that it can be executed correctly, efficiently, and smoothly to fulfill the duties stipulated in Employer’s specifications within the schedule to achieve satisfactory workmanship.
Manages all project personnel matters and settles all problems concerning organization, function, and assignment.
Reports the overall project status to Employer and Contractor’s Project Director.
Directs the planning and development of the project scope, procedures, budget, and overall schedule.
Reviews and approves all major change orders and periodically reviews change order controls to determine their adequacy and whether change orders are current and adequate.
