A great opportunity has opened up as a Project Manager at Complete Construction to lead the delivery of retail shop fit-outs and some residential but mostly commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on client management, subcontractor procurement, contract management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor and supplier tenders
• Evaluate submissions, negotiate pricing, and award contracts
• Let and formalise subcontract agreements in line with project scope and budget
• Build and maintain a reliable subcontractor network

Project Delivery & Oversight

• Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations
