Conduct and lead the daily VSCC meeting on hot-works and incompatible jobs onboard to ensure safety of personnel and property are not endangered. Meet repairs / refit schedules by planning, monitoring projects' critical path, cost control and execution. Develop good working relationship with customers and maintaining teamwork showing high interests. Solve daily conflicts at ground level by monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting master schedule.
