Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and contracting projects ensuring completion within time, cost, quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and close interior projects as per contract scope.
- Prepare project schedules, work programmes and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers and vendors.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards and safety compliance.
- Control project budgets, approve bills and manage variations.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage risk, resolve site issues and handle client escalations.
- Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure.
