Position Overview
Responsibilities - Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and timelines
- Provide clear and consistent updates to customers throughout the entire delivery life cycle
- Manage technical tasks including ordering Internet Circuits, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting processes
- Oversee SDWAN implementations and document project dependencies and priorities
- Drive successful outcomes by utilizing hands‑on delivery expertise
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SDWAN implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with various carriers
