Role Overview

Our client is seeking suitable candidates to join as Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team
• Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
• Plan and update master programme
• Preparation of Progress Reports
• Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays
• Resolve on-site Contractual Issues
• Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Min 5 years of working experience in construction industry
• Experienced in HDB / Condo / Commercial projects
