Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor project team members.
- Ensure quality assurance and delivery of projects within budget and schedule.
